Succession Plans Without Successors
When a succession plan is created for a key job, the owner of that succession plan has the ability to nominate individuals within the organization as a successor if the incumbent leaves the organization or is promoted to another position. In some cases a plan is created but does not yet have a successor named.
Depending on your access rights, you can access the list of succession plans without successors from the Reports menu, from the Succession menu, or from the Administration menu's Manage Succession Plans screen.
